Our Alpine adventure
More than 40 people, including a large number of Christie staff members, took on a trek through the Alps in September to raise money for the redevelopment of our CT department. The gruelling trek took the group through the stunning scenery of Europe’s largest mountain range, passing through three countries in three days raising thousands of pounds for the charity. If you have been inspired by the Alps trip, in September 2020, Team Christie will be tackling a three day trek through the Atlas Mountains to summit its highest peak! Quick quiz Q 1 Which two football teams visited The Christie during December?
This breathtaking three day trek will allow you to explore the highs of Mount Toubkal (4,167m/12,700ft). The trek to the summit will be tough and will certainly challenge you, the terrain is demanding and will involve scrambling over boulders – but don’t worry; with the exceptional support
and expert mountain guides, no previous trek experience is necessary. Only £150 to register. To find out more, an information evening will take place at 6.30pm on Thursday 27th February. To register to come to the evening email events@christies.org
