• Increasing the number of outpatient follow up clinics undertaken using digital technology by 20% based on the 2019/20 baseline • Improve patient access to friends and family by introducing new digital technologies • We will triangulate patient experience through survey results, compliments, PALS and complaints contacts This quality improvement will be monitored and measured monthly through Patient Experience Committee Improving the Pharmacy Experience We will continue to reduce pharmacy waiting time and improve patient experience by introducing new models of delivery. This will be evidenced by: • A 20% increase in the number of eligible patients utilising the pharmacy medication delivery service • We will evaluate patient experience through survey results, compliments, PALS and complaints contacts This quality improvement will be monitored and measured monthly through Patient Experience Committee The Quality Improvements in the hospital are underpinned by our Quality Plan 2017/20.
