The Trust commenced a lease arrangement in June 2019 for the lease of car park spaces at Withington Hospital for the Park & Ride Scheme.
The Trust commenced a lease arrangement in September 2019 for the lease of car park spaces at an investment property held by The Christie Charitable Fund. The annual lease of £56,000 (2020-21 £45,000) is recognised as expenditure in the Trust in 2021-22.

The Trust has granted a number of leases to the University of Manchester at the Withington site.
The Trust entered into an agreement with The Christie Clinic LLP whereby the joint venture leases from the Trust part of the new patient treatment centre for 20 years, effective from 15 September 2010.
The Trust granted a 10 year lease to The Christie Pathology Partnership LLP on 1 June 2014. The lease was novated to CPP Facilities LLP on 1 June 2016. The Trust granted a 5 year lease to the NHS Blood Transfusion Service for use of the Photopheresis Unit which expired on 30 November 2016. A lease was granted for a further 5 years on 1 December 2016.
