Action has been taken to ensure the site remains as COVID-19 secure as practicably possible with enhanced biosecurity measures, reducing footfall to enable staff that can work from home to do so, access to PPE, physical distancing of facilities and regular staff and patient testing. See COVID-19 workplace risk assessment. Staff absence is continuously monitored and reported at the daily sitrep / operational huddle. Staff wellbeing is also monitored via line managers and workforce. There is a range of wellbeing resources available on the trust’s intranet in a designated ‘Looking after You’ section. This is also accessible via the staff app for those isolating. There are resources available to managers to further support staff in the form of ‘Supporting our teams’ guide, Wellbeing conversations and stress risk assessments which are audited by workforce. In the event that a staff member tests positive for COVID-19 from either symptomatic or asymptomatic testing support is available and accessible on the trust intranets ‘Looking after You’ resources or the staff app. If staff continue with respiratory symptoms or that of long covid they are advised to see clinical assessment and advice from their GP. Staff and individuals can refer to Occupational Health for additional support. In the event a staff member testing positive for COVID-19,
