Risk to delayed cancer referral and treatments due to not meeting 24 / 62 day target (ID 2407)

15 62 day compliance continues as a risk. Treatment capacity has been impacted due to increased booking forms. the team are working at creating as much capacity as possible to treat all new patients.

15 Full cyber improvement programme reviews to be completed in Jan 23 including updates on progress on each aspect. All are assessed for impact and difficulty for delivery. The external cyber scoring of our organisation (provided by NHS Digital funded software called BitSight) places the Trust in a much improved position for the healthcare sector from 1 year ago. Whilst the measure continually fluctuates, we are at the upper end of the expected range for our type of organisation - this goes someway to validate the hard work undertaken, despite there being much more still to do
