A Task and Finish Group will be established within R and I to systematically address the recommendations to inform R and I Strategy Recommendations of the MHRA Inspection 2015 are not fully met and identified as high priority to address R and I Divisions will be subject to CQC Inspection. The Quality team is working on actions required to meet CQC Inspection criteria. • A SWOT analysis / review of current process is underway to inform quality improvement required for improved capacity and capability. • An action plan to ensure business continuity following the closure of the Manchester CTU is in place Actions to develop capacity and capability have commenced in collaboration with the new Director of Pharmacy, Damian Child Review of the current biobank model is underway due to reduced infrastructure funding 2022-2027 from CRUK Collaboration agreement is in discussion; Plans for occupation of the building by Christie staff have been presented at the Paterson Redevelopment Project Synergy and Steering Board Meetings.
