We plan to develop a bespoke, contemporary advanced scanning centre. This will deliver a marked improvement in the patient experience and ensure they receive their care in a modern, spacious environment, which provides comfort and privacy while also respecting their dignity. FEATURES AND BENEFITS

It will increase capacity in the department allowing us to see more patients each day and reduce waiting times. Patients are at the heart of everything we do at The Christie and so it is vital they not only receive the very best care, from the most qualified and caring staff, but that this is delivered in a welcoming environment with the latest high-tech equipment. Many patients will attend the CT department for several scans over the course of their treatment and so we want the experience to be as positive as possible.
