Course title: The HEARTS Process

Dates: Saturday 18th November 13:00 – 18:00 & Sunday 19th November 2023 9.30 - 17:00.

Course description: HEARTS is a mnemonic for Hands - on, Empathy, Aromas, Relaxation, Textures and Sound. You will learn how to combine these therapeutic components to help patients and carers achieve a state of relaxation and calm in many situations. Students can complete additional case study work in support of a HEARTS Process Practitioner Certificate.

Prerequisite : This course is ideal for integrative therapists and health care professionals working in supportive and palliative care.
