This is because the proportion of respondents who answered positively to questions about their care, across the entire survey, was significantly above the trust average. The Christie was: • Much better than most trusts for 22 questions. • Better than most trusts for 17 questions. • Somewhat better than most trusts for 4 questions. • Same as most other trusts for 2 questions. Following the 2020/21 survey, the results were discussed with key managers and at relevant Trust Committees. An action plan was developed to improve on key areas of patient experience and is monitored through the Patient Experience Committee
