47 PALS contacts have been received in February 2022. That is a 10% decrease in the number of PALS contacts received in comparison to the previous month. 23 of those raised concerns about their experience at The Christie but did not wish to take them down the formal complaints route. The other reasons for contacting PALS are captured in the graph.
