“It is with delight that I find myself writing on behalf of my wife (and myself) to inform you of the excellent service provided by your 'Plastics IPU - Integrated Procedures Unit Team'. From the moment we crossed the threshold we were met by a very friendly lady asking and then being directed accordingly. The entrance provided a welcoming vista, one of calmness .. just what one needed at the time. Making our way to '1st Floor - IPU - Dept. 2' we were welcomed by another friendly lady receptionist. Omar arrived and proceeded to discuss and carry out checks on my wife's condition in a calming and relaxed manner which put our minds at ease. He discussed what the procedure would entail and all the 'pros and cons' .. readily answering any concerns that we both may have/ and possibly still have regarding the procedure and outcome. This letter is to thank you to all staff involved during this initial visit to "The Christie", for their kindness, concern and calming manner” 34
