Year to date total hospital acquired pressure ulcers = 24 There were 2 hospital acquired pressure ulcers reported with minor harm in February.

Year to date total in-patient falls with harm = 40 There were 4 in-patient falls with harm in February In month 11 there are 3.9 falls per 1000 occupied bed days, this compares to a national average of 6.63 falls per 1000 occupied bed days
