Comments regarding the Reservation of Powers and Scheme of Delegation to be reviewed and updated into the version for approval at the Board of Directors in June 2022. Confirmation to be obtained from Digital Services with regards to the progress being made on the fixed asset register audit. No actions identified during meeting. No actions identified during meeting. Noted that the action in relation to the changes to the register has been prioritised as low by Digital so may take some months to complete. No actions identified during meeting. Consideration to be given to the expectation of the role of the Counter Fraud champion whilst waiting any guidance. Consideration to be given to any further areas where the fraud awareness profile can be raised within the Trust, such as team brief. Noted that although there was a low response rate to the survey, the % was high on the responses related to reservations or feared repercussions in raising concerns.
