This will allow us to deliver all the smaller projects and remove reliance on manual process and paper. For example, a form and database to allow learners to book onto a training course. 6. Review and implement Digital Services governance and reporting structures and decision rights. 7. Start work with the director of clinical outcomes on the additional work needed for the clinical outcome’s unit to achieve its aims in the clinical outcomes strategy and getting the team into the Patterson building. 8. Operate a revised financial model making savings where possible and re-assessing all contracts to make sure inflationary pressures are minimised.
