3. Deliver the first phase of the two-year EPR Programme. This is the programme to deliver Order Comms, EPMA, e-referrals and Document Management with the £4.5M funding from NHSE. 4. Introduce plans to improve service transition and engagement and get approval for these plans. 5. Introduce plans for a ‘low-code centre of excellence’ and get approval for these plans. This will allow us to deliver all the smaller projects and remove reliance on manual process and paper. For example, a form and database to allow learners to book onto a training course. 6. Review and implement Digital Services governance and reporting structures and decision rights. 7. Start work with the director of clinical outcomes on the additional work needed for the clinical outcome’s unit to achieve its aims in the clinical outcomes strategy and getting the team into the Patterson building. 8. Operate a revised financial model making savings where possible and re-assessing all contracts to make sure inflationary pressures are minimised.
