Strategic Aims (what we are guided by)

The Digital strategic aims are:

• To move to a focus on delivery – we aim to measure and evidence progress, based on delivery. We aim to increase the speed of delivery and capacity to deliver.

• High quality patient first services – We aim to design, develop, deploy and run services that are high quality and focus on patients and staff, not on technology, freeing up clinical time to focus on patients. • Data driven – We aim to enable service improvement through data driven decision making. We aim to drive innovation and research through openEHR, digitally enabled clinical services and a refreshed Clinical Outcomes Unit.
