11 new complaints received in December 2021. 8 complaints were closed in December 2021. None of these complaints identified failings in care.

Ombudsman Cases Complainants have the right to refer their case to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) if they are not satisfied it has been resolved by the Trust. 0 case have been referred to the PHSO in December 2021. 1 case remains under investigation.
