remains asymptomatic and meets the criteria to return to work to maintain critical services a risk assessment is undertaken that is reviewed and approved by the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nurse and/or Medical Director. A central record of the number of declined/approved risk assessments is kept on the COVID-19 drive. By close of play on 16/01/22 there had been 21 of 21 approved risk assessments to return a staff member with a positive result in line with the trusts SOP. This result was reported in the daily sitrep/operational huddle on the 17/01/22.
