There is a trust wide risk assessment in relation to COVID-19 (as above). In additional to this staff who were at increased risk from COVID-19 undertake individual risk assessments. These can be accessed via the Workforce Covid-19 Individual Risk Assessment - Part 1 https://hive.xchristie.nhs.uk/Interact/Pages/Content/Document.a spx?id=14612 These are reviewed with line managers when staff circumstances change and held centrally by workforce. See Individual Staff Risk Assessment Part 2. As a minimum, the trust has adopted practices in line with national guidance. Any differences are enhancement measures to go above and beyond those stated in national guidance to ensure the safety of our patients and staff and continue operationally as a “green site” with Greater Manchester.
