Year to date total hospital acquired pressure ulcers = 25 There was 1 hospital acquired pressure ulcer reported with minor harm in March.

Year to date total in-patient falls with harm = 41 There were 4 in-patient falls with harm in March In month 12 there are 3.0 falls per 1000 occupied bed days, this compares to a national average of 6.63 falls per 1000 occupied bed days.
