11 new complaints received in April 2022 12 complaints were closed in April 2022

Ombudsman Cases Complainants have the right to refer their case to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) if they are not satisfied it has been resolved by the Trust. No cases have been referred to the PHSO in April 2022. 1 case remains under investigation.
